    Room was great, bed was comfy. Only downside is no lift so don't book if you got heavy luggage. Free breakfast close at 10 so don't book if you're not morning person/flying easy to Istanbul. Would not complain as I only pay *** per night. Location is wonderful but don't think it's 4 stars in general. Deffo a very nice 3 stars hotel

    In the heart of Istanbul very near to ayasofia.. kind staff and a good view of phosphorus from the terrace on the roof . Not many facilities available It’s highly recommended for those who came to discover the city and needs a good and clean place to stay where they can be near to most of the attractions A supermarket and many restaurants and cafes are near to it

    First of all, it is not a hotel but a hostel. Second of all, extremely Horrible staff. Extremely irresponsible, impatient, and do not understand english. Our airport had to deliver use our luggage, so they had to contact the hotel. The airport told us the hotel did not pick up phone all day and there wasn't anyone at front desk when they delivered. The hotel staff refused to help and said it was "our own problem" and "grounded" us to stay in our rooms after midnight. Nightmare experience, would not recommend at all to any tourists.
