The location is excellent with numerous nearby dining options, shopping, grocery. That being said, it's not enough to ever make me want to stay with them agian.

Charged $649.20 for damage not caused by us. Prior to choosing Casiola, you should very carefully read all the negative reviews across Florida BBB, Booking.com, Tripadvisor, … I wish I had. If you do choose Casiola, please know you should be willing to provide them with a thorough and very detailed property inspection report immediately upon arrival. Failure to provide this free service to Casiola may likely result in charges to you for preexisting damage to item(s) upon your arrival. A table in the living room contained a small area with some green marks on it that I never noticed all week (see photos provided to me by Casiola). My wife, however, noticed these marks right away but we did not report this to Casiola as the “damage” in no way affected the function of the table and had zero impact upon our stay. Again, see photos. To be fair, the stay portion of our vacation was mostly fine and pretty typical. My worry and problems began after I returned home, receiving an email from Casiola, notifying me of this “damage” and billing me $649.20 to replace the table.

Location was perfect for both Disney World and Universal Studios. Pool area was very nice. And there were plenty of Chase lounges which normally you don’t find that in resorts. Be sure to bring extra paper products, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, and trash bags if you were going to be there more than three days

When I stay at a property like this or any Airbnb, the host should supply enough dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent and trash bags for the guests. I understand guests having to supply their own paper products when they run out of the supply given to them, but it would be nice if the other items were supplied.
