The condo was good, better for people who eat out all the time. We cook most of our meals in house so we found some items, like spatulas, etc plastic like they came from a dollar store. Two beds were like sleeping in a hammock. The dryer vent had not been cleaned and we had to reach down in and pull out a lot of lint. The washer made a clunk sound twice during washing - we reported to contact person but it was not fixed. We've rented condos at Vista Cay for over 10 years. This one is good but not excellent for people who spend most of their time at the condo.

Location near Epic was very nice. Could walk to Publix, Chick-fil-A, and Walgreen’s. Balcony overlooking lake was great. Size of rooms were perfect. Only complaint would be it got warm and no ceiling fans.

Overall the unit was just fine.
The mattresses desperately need replacing though and there were very visible stains on a few of the decorative pillows.
The patio could use a good wash down but the view is very nice.
What is seen on the website is exactly what's there.
Amenities are okay.
Customer service response was awesome!
