Lots things made us wish we would have done more research on this place. Would not recommend this place for the price.

Location and view

The urine smell that hits you in the face when you walk in. And the electrical is scary. There wasn’t one outlet that our phones would charge, one even zapped when we tried to plug in our phone charger. The whole place needs an update. The short walk to the sandy beach is actually 70 stairs down the cliff!

The hot tub was not easy to get started. there wasn't any instructions on how to get it started and heated up. I had to download the owner's manual online to get the necessary info to get it turned on and heated up. This was a minor source of irritation that could have easily been prevented with some instructions provided within the home on how to set up and use the hot tub. recommend doing this for future guests.

Enjoyable time at the beach but needs a bit of work given the price.

Great location, views and beach. Overall, was a nice place with comfortable beds, a great view and enjoyable hot tub.

The house had a lot of little issues that shouldn't be in a place in this price range. Light dimmers would freak out every time another light in the house or other power draw kicked in. BBQ was a rusted, dilapidated mess that barely operated. Listed DVD player did not exist. Kitchen pots, pans and utensils were the cheapest possible. All the added fees make this less affordable than first glace.
