The house was comfortable and spread out so it offered separate spaces to spend time.. The deck is new and had a great view of the ocean. The house felt private and secluded. The beds were soooo comfortable! There are several tree snags next to the house and several(4 at one point) bald eagles and other birds would rest on the branches. So awesome to watch them! The hot tub is in great condition and felt clean and taken care of.

The dining table was very unstable and had a sticky film. Needs to be refinished or replaced. The grounds are very overgrown and untidy. Didn’t really matter much to us but some may find it unpleasant. There is a thick layer of dust behind/under all the furniture, making it feel like the house is only surface clean. When we checked in we found a disposable child’s drink container, squishy toy, loose beads and dried up pieces of food under the coffee table and couch. The living room windows had child’s smeary hand prints. Booking.com is not very responsive to issues. The app said “pick up keys at property” and they did not respond to my message asking where the keys would be. Luckily I had rechecked the email they sent and it included a door code(so very confusing between app and email instructions).

Gorgeous location and short drive to Oregon State Parks for beach access.

Grab bar on front porch and by each shower needed.

We loved the place. it had everything we need. Hot tub was great, view we wonderful. Bed was comfortable, we couldn't ask for anything more.

Hi!! We LOVED the location and the view. Unfortunately direct beach access would have been a game changer. We also noticed the home is incredibly outdated on the inside. Trim is missing/falling off, the skylight above the guest bathroom was leaking (which was reported immediately and three different people told me different stuff) and the shower heads need serious work. While we enjoyed our stay, there is a lot of issues a small investment could correct. The pans were so messed up that you couldn’t hardly cook on them, and there were ants the entire time we were there. We kept everything in sandwich bags and in the fridge the whole stay because ants would crawl on you just sitting on the couch. Things weren’t cleaned great, and the bedside tables were sticky. I definitely think this place could be INCREDIBLE if worked on, I wouldn’t book here again due to this.
