We had a wonderful time beach-walking, playing table games and watching the waves.

Wouldn’t book again…

Hi!! We LOVED the location and the view. Unfortunately direct beach access would have been a game changer. We also noticed the home is incredibly outdated on the inside. Trim is missing/falling off, the skylight above the guest bathroom was leaking (which was reported immediately and three different people told me different stuff) and the shower heads need serious work. While we enjoyed our stay, there is a lot of issues a small investment could correct. The pans were so messed up that you couldn’t hardly cook on them, and there were ants the entire time we were there. We kept everything in sandwich bags and in the fridge the whole stay because ants would crawl on you just sitting on the couch. Things weren’t cleaned great, and the bedside tables were sticky. I definitely think this place could be INCREDIBLE if worked on, I wouldn’t book here again due to this.

We loved the place. it had everything we need. Hot tub was great, view we wonderful. Bed was comfortable, we couldn't ask for anything more.

Great location but needs some repairs.

Fantastic location! Everything you need for an extended stay is there at the property.

The roof was leaking while we were there in several spots. The shower sprays all over the place. The hot tub wasn’t working. I was given 105 for the hot tub not working. I was promised 30% back for the leaking roof and the moldy walls which would have been 288 but they only gave me 95 dollars. That’s ok use the money to fix the roof and shower.

Kitchen needs updating and is not well stocked. Few dish options or wine glasses. Kitchen not really good for cooking for a family. Can't safely walk to the beach. Vegetation needs trimmed, can't be seated on deck and see the ocean. Carpets smelled of urine without windows opened so was strong upon arrival. Layout is rather odd with access to family room thru a bedroom so weird to use with more than one couple. No TV in main living area. Dining space barely room for 4, not suitable for a sit down dinner or more than a couple kids

Hard to find as it wasn’t as pictured. Very outdated pics on site compared to recent in person. Overgrown vegetation, inaccurate house number. Zillow house number and listing 11176 nw pacific hwy seal rock,or. The tenants living downstairs/garage with no warning or mention of, dirty dishes when arrived, dusty and musty smell upstairs. Day 1 had 4 pairs boots. Day 2 had more than the initial 4 as you can see. Our hound also woke to each sound down stairs and we had to close the entry to the laundry room to keep her upstairs away from their entrance.

Had I seen the condition I wouldn't have rented do better for what you charge. Do some maintenance.

The hot tub was nice. The fire pit would have been nice but there was no wood and nowhere close to buy wood.

The living room carpet has a huge hole in it. There were cobwebs everywhere. It's very dated. The bed in the main bedroom is so soft that it's like sleeping in a taco. It doesn't have three bedrooms like stated. You have to walk through one of the bedrooms to get to upstairs so it has absolutely no privacy. Also, it's very hodgepodgey like it was decorated out of the Goodwill. Nothing really matches. There were dirty pans in the cupboard. There were not enough blankets. We open the windows at night and because all of the doors in the house are pocket doors. They rattled all night with the breeze. There's no way to get down to the beach unless you drive because you don't want to walk on highway 101. The nearest store is 10 miles away. It was just definitely lacking.

The location was amazing, house was exactly what the pics showed, Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with dishes, etc. I will definitely be staying here again!

We will be back! Despite a few minor items the place is charming, comfortable and had those million dollar view

The view was amazing and plenty of room for everyone! Nice central location from all that Newport has to offer and all the beaches and hiking the central coast provides!

Property was a little dated! Carpeting was torn in the living room from a previous tenant and not repaired! Hot tub took a day to warm up! Wasn’t able to use it the first night!

Beautiful views, comfortable furniture.

Absolutely beautiful views. The place was very open and allowed a lot of sunlight. We went to view the king tides and were not disappointed. The beds were extremely comfortable and the furniture was comfortable. There was even a dog gate for one side of the porch and we were able to have our dogs on the porch with us!

I wish there was beach access but it looked like there was a staircase that must have recently been washed away in a storm.

Beautiful location right over the beach! Fantastic views!!! Great deck, fire pit, and Jacuzzi. Only a few hundred feet to the beach access point. Fantastic spot to eat less than a mile away at Luna Sea.

House is a little dated and in need of some minor repairs. Faucet in the kitchen sink was loose. Screen door to the deck was difficult to operate and needs repairs or replacement. Missing plywood on front porch. A piece of carpet missing in the living room. Overall though, a convenient place with a fantastic view and nice amenities.

Beautiful view and great location on the ocean. Many indoor spaces to just sit and enjoy the view.

It was not clear to us before arrival that it is necessary to drive 1 minute or walk 6 minutes to get beach access. It took some adjustments, so know in advance that this will be necessary to get onto the beach.

The view was almost perfect.

House layout (upstairs only accessible through one of the bedrooms), stains on the rugs, baseboard heaters didn't work, no outside cushions for the fire pit, the only chaise lounge on the deck was disgusting and no way anyone could sit on it, one of the 5 chairs was broken and should have been thrown out, the larger beds were too high that my handicapped friend couldn't get in, no stepstool, uneven brick surface to front door and I fell and smashed my back into the planter box, hedge should have been trimmed as it obstructed view, no rubber bath mat and way too slippery for non handicapped person, barely any updated menus or local info in the binder.
