The Space:
Welcome to my unique property! It’s a remodeled single-family home that's been thoughtfully divided into two affordable units, each with its own private, secure entrance. Whether you’re here for business, relaxation, or a bit of both, you'll have all the privacy you need in your unit. The only shared space is public street parking, so please keep that in mind when you arrive.
While the home is quiet and peaceful, just like any apartment or hotel, you might hear the usual sounds of daily life—like voices or footsteps from neighboring spaces. If you experience any disturbance, feel free to reach out. I want you to feel comfortable and at ease during your stay.
The home is equipped with a traditional heating and cooling system and a smart thermostat for added convenience. You can adjust the temperature from your phone if needed. The temperature is usually kept between 68-72°F, but if you'd like a little extra warmth or a breeze, each unit also has stationary fans and space heaters for your comfort.

First VRBO accidentally booked us in the unit being renovated. The owner immediately had us in the correct unit.
Very nice inside with larger than normal TVs for a vacation rental. Extremely large fridge and a great coffee maker including pods.
We had another issue and the owner handled it masterfully. We recommend any of his properties.

The unit was very clean.
The location was a perfect distance for visiting our family .
Beds and Bedding were comfortable.
Basement unit was noisy with upstairs guests moving about.
It would be nice to have furniture on outside patio.
All in all an “ok” stay.

The property is decent but the floors are very thin and the tenants upstairs sounded like they were dropping bowling balls on the floor at 5:00 AM. Other than that, everything was fine.
