Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home in quiet residential neighborhood. Conveniently located 20 mins from downtown Denver, 30 mins from Boulder and just 30 mins from Denver Airport. Easy access to all major highways and the city light rail is right around the block.
You will also be within walking distance to the Thornton Rec Center Park that features an amphitheater, a carousel, a boat house, playground, skate park and sports.

Our home is a tri-level home with a large living room, kitchen with all necessary appliances and dining area on the main floor.
On the lower level you will find the master bedroom with a king size bed. There is a bathroom on the same level with two sinks, a shower and a jetted tub.
On the upper level there are two bedrooms and one bathroom. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other bedroom has a full size bed. The bathroom has one sink, shower and tub.
We will accommodate guest with infants with a portable crib, high chair, safety gate and safety outlet plugs.
Guest access
You will have access to 2 parking spots on the drive way and off street parking.
Other things to note
There is no access to the garage or basement.

Everything was nice. My family really enjoyed themselves. Location was great 25 min to the airport. Home was cleaned rooms was nice felt like home
