The location is wonderful. Right off the trails. Unfortunately, the house needs repairs. The AC broke while we were there. She sent someone to fix it but unfortunately it broke again the next day. The host said she would give a partial refund and did not follow through. Shower has a crack. Dishwasher needs replaced. Sink faucet if you turn it on normally it goes out of the sink basin and onto the floor. Carpet needs replacing. There were plenty of towels. Bunk room is adorable. Really unfortunate many important items have not been maintained properly. AC unit is very old. To not provide proper maintenance and not provide a partial refund is very disappointing. Do not recommend.

Our stay way exceptional. The house was located within walking distance to a beautiful biking trail. The accommodations were extremely clean and organized, beds were comfortable, and fenced yard was great for monitoring the kids/dog. We will certainly reserve this nice home again.

The pictures don't do this house justice. It was much bigger than we thought. The house was as clean as we've seen and the location to Coler was a quick 2 minute ride away. Plus this house was very close to Bentonville and all the trails on that end. We've never said it in the 20+ years we've been using VRBO, but this is a property and a host that we will definitely be returning to! Amazingly clean and the perfect location!

Vrbo app wasn’t working well but luckily got the number of owner from app. Communication with owner was great. The house was awesome. So well decorated and had everything we needed to make all our meals. The kids room beds were super comfortable! The two larger rooms, the beds are a hard memory foam. Good if you are used to that. The master bath tub was amazing after a long day of mtn bike riding! Great place to stay!!!

This house was perfect for our short trip to Northwest Arkansas. Clean, with plenty of space and everything you could need. Cute neighborhood and close to everything in the area. We would absolutely recommend if you are looking for a place to stay in Bentonville!

Debra was great - very responsive, even offering New Years Eve suggestions. House has great space with 3 bedrooms and a nice living space. We didn't use the backyard much, but deck and yard would be awesome in warmer months. Great location just around the corner from Coler for super easy access there, and just a couple minutes from the main drag and downtown.

We had an amazing girls trip to this property in Bentonville! The house was adorable, fully stocked with great amenities and in a great area of town! Close to bike baths (that we hiked), not far from Downtown and the museums and really just all-around the perfect place to stay! Would definitely recommend this house to others visiting Bentonville!

Home was very clean and Debra was very friendly and helpful. The pictures of the house are very accurate. Large fenced in back yard which is hard to find. The neighborhood seemed very friendly and quiet. You can bike to the Coler mountain bike area in less than five minutes.

Perfect in every way

Perfect in every way

Highly recommend this superb house if headed to Bentonville. 5 minute walk to Coler mountain bike preserve. Walked or road the Coler trails every day we were there. Loved grabbing coffee in the morning at Airship Coffee in the homestead, only a 25 minute walk on a wonderful paved trail. Downtown Bentonville is even walkable if you don't mind a longer stroll. Convenient to the airport and of course any Walmart you can imagine. Host was super attentive and responsive to our questions. House was newly refinished, well furnished and extremely well appointed. Will be staying there again in the near future.
