View of the huge ocean waves from the living room and terrace. Rooms were comfortable and the kitchen was easy for meals with gas cooktop. Parking was free and close nearby. Easy walking distance to several good restaurants.
Could not raise heat above 65 degrees and better instructions are needed. Key to upper terrace was almost impossible to open. No toaster as advertised. Needed some minor upkeep. No shampoo/conditioner.

Freundliche Kommunikation, problemloses Einchecken, Schlüssel lag am Treffpunkt. Großes, schönes Apartment, 4 Balkontüren, somit 2 Balkone. Die Dachterrasse haben wir nicht genutzt (Reise Ende Januar, kalt und regnerisch ;)) aber im Sommer bestimmt herrlich da oben. Küche, Kaffee, Bad, alles da, was man braucht. Großer Kühlschrank, Sofa, TV etc. Liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Haben uns direkt wohl und heimisch gefühlt :)
Im Bad, voll gefließt, gibt es keine Heizung, nur einen Heizlüfter, den man anmacht, was allerdings sehr viel Strom kostet (im Sinne der Vermieter) und es dauert natürlich etwas, bis es annähernd angewärmt ist. Im Sommer mit Sicherheit kein Thema.

Didnt like the list of rules upon arrival Should have been in the listing The kitchen table 2 people could not sit at the table were the table was located as no room to pull out chairs without hitting the walls which was one of the rules, dont mark the walls The terrace was not ready to sit and relax as looked like it was in need of renovations All the stairs not really suitable for seniors If you couldnt find a front row parking the overfull lot was filled with holes filled with water poorly maintained
