Property manager/owner made us wait at the front entrance for approx 15mins even after we had contacted him the day before to let him know our time of arrival I rang him when we arrived and after making us wait turns out he was upstairs the whole time The ad specified that there was a washing machine and air -con but I didn’t see neither Lucky the weather wasn’t too hot otherwise I would not have stayed there

I recommend this place!

Overall, the place was an excellent size. It was nicely decorated (minus the giant stuffed animal, probably for kids). Loved the kitchenette and nice SMEG Fridge. It had a lovely balcony and a nice view. It was a nice experience.

The floor in the bathroom was always wet and we weren't sure why. It was wet when we arrived and still wet in the morning although no one used the restroom. My guess is the humidity, but maybe it would be helpful to have some floor mats or something to help with this.

Exceptional!

Exceptional! The apartment is very large, equipped with everything you need for a vacation. Breakfast was exactly what we wanted. The cleanliness in the room was perfect. The owner is an exceptional man. He waited for us until late in the evening and made sure we had everything we needed. One night, when we were returning to the hotel, the car broke down. At 11 o'clock, Piero made sure that the car was transported on the platform and that we would arrive safely. He spent more than half a day going to the service with me and made sure that the car was repaired and that I would have no problems on the way back. He called me when I got home to make sure we were okay. An exceptional location. An OM exception. We will return whenever we have the opportunity. Thanks Piero.

Perfect for a trip to Fossano!

Very friendly and helpful owner. Delicious breakfast at a bar close by included. Everything very new and clean. Netflix and Amazon prime included.

A Natale tutto è magico e ho potuto ammirare le luci dal balcone della camera!

Colazione ottima! La mia camera aveva il balcone che si affacciava su via Roma tutto addobbato per le feste natalizie una meraviglia!Meravigliosi i negozi ma si sa che a Natale tutto è magnifico e’ stato bellissimo lo ricordo volentieri e ci sono ritornata e ci ritornerò

La struttura è fantastica, in centro storico, ben arredata, pulita e con un letto comodo. Bello anche il bagno corredato di prodotti utili e l’angolo cucina con tutto l’occorrente per cucinare.

Appartamento di recente ristrutturazione e ben arredato, dotato di tutti i comfort e di una piccola cucina per gestire i propri pasti in autonomia. Super confortevole il bagno, spazioso e con doccia walk-in. Set bagno comprensivo di spazzolino, dentifricio e crema corpo, raro da trovare in Italia. Unica nota dolente della nostra stanza il letto, un po scomodo. Senza infamia e senza lode la colazione, che abbiamo potuto consumare presso il bar di proprietà del gestore del b&b. Consigliato.

Alloggio carinissimo, arredato modernamente, elegante e spazioso. Posizione eccellente, centralissimo, host molto gentile e disponibile! Letto bellissimo e comodissimo! Stanza da bagno molto bella! Camera in posizione tranquilla. Ottima colazione. Consigliatissimo!!!

Unico piccolo neo i contenitori di sapone già iniziati (non ha molta importanza, é solo un pò bruttino da vedere.....). Per il resto tutto fantastico!!!!

Schöne moderne Apartments

Die Unterkünfte sind sehr modern eingerichtet. Frühstück gibt es nebenan im Benachbarten Café. Obwohl die Apartments an der Strasse liegen hört man innen nichts. Die Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt und die Reinigungskraft ist sehr sehr ordentlich und aufmerksam. Haben oft am Tag später Sachen gehabt wo sie gemerkt hat das wir es gebrauchen könnten wie z.b Abtrockentücher. Die Zimmer haben eine Klimaanlage und sind daher auch bei hoher Hitze sehr angenehm. Auch gibt es dort WLan.

Une belle découverte tant pour la ville que pour l’amabilité de ce propriétaire

Cet établissement est moderne et il est situé au coeur de la ville de Fossano. Il est très propre et très bien équipé. Le gérant est exceptionnellement gentil et bienveillant. Un vrai coup de cœur pour ce monsieur qui a fait de notre cours passage dans cette ville un moment inoubliable.

Le matelas un peu trop souple à notre goût Mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de dormir

Ogni volta che io e mio marito veniamo a Fossano, cerchiamo di alloggiare negli appartamenti Roma 141, perché sono tutti perfetti, pulitissimi, bagno gigante, un microclima che mantiene la giusta temperatura senza mai umidità, angolo cottura a induzione, mini frigo, lavello, stoviglie e tutto ciò che serve per un buon soggiorno. Pulizie e cambi asciugamani ogni giorno, colazione buonissima convenzionata con il bar, proprietario e staff gentilissimi, disponibili e cordiali. Per noi una garanzia!
