    I had an amazing stay at this hotel overall. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. Everything about the experience felt luxurious and welcoming. The only downside during my stay was the valet service. On multiple occasions, it took over 45 minutes to retrieve my car, which became frustrating and inconvenient when trying to leave on schedule. While the valet staff was polite, the wait times definitely need improvement as well as the expense of no free parking nearby Despite that issue, I still truly enjoyed my stay and would consider returning in the future

    Was not expecting the mini kitchen during my stay. It was well stocked even though I didn’t need it. Key card required to access any floor. My only complaint is the parking. $40 for the hotel to park your vehicle or $34 for 24 hour parking in a fenced lot next door. No guest friendly if you needed to have any guest. I did not see anywhere for them to park.
