The Fraye Hotel was lovely, well designed, nice rooms with amenities, and delicious food. However, we did experience multiple issues during check-in and the final billing at the end. We prepaid through Agoda and at the end of our stay the hotel charged us an extra two times for the 3-day stay in a king room, we were charged a total of $3,400 on our card when we already paid $1,300 through Agoda. We had to make multiple calls into Hilton and the hotel to make it right. The people at the front desk struggled to get us checked in, even with the Agoda confirmation, and because of their error we had unnecessary charges and had to dispute them. Staff was below average - they lacked professionalism, and knowledge in operations.

We came in for a long weekend, mother and daughter. We absolutely loved this hotel. It made our stay. They offered a full breakfast, full bar off the lobby, another bar area off the pool area on the 7th floor, Happy Hour daily with live music. The musicians were incredible., We ended up spending the full three hours listening and taking advantage of happy hour deals. We ate dinner at the bar. The food was really good. The staff were very friendly. Our flight was cancelled due to weather and the front desk staff, Alexis, helped out with an additional night. This hotel is a little over one mile to Broadway downtown. Uber was readily available, which we used throughout our stay. Around the corner was the Baked Bear, make your own ice cream sandwiches, highly recommend. If you want a short walk to downtown, this is not the hotel, though we enjoyed getting out of the craziness after many hours downtown. Highlight of our stay was staying here. We will definitely choose this hotel when we return.

If you're visiting as a tourist, unfortunately the hotel is located in a very isolated area way too, too far from Music Row !
