About this house rental
Welcome to " Oso Grande Chalet", a beautiful getaway located in the quiet neighborhood of Eagle Point. Just 4 houses up from the lake and walkable to Meadow Park, the Swim Beach and a short 5 minute drive (1 1/2 mile) to the village, Snow Summit and the grocery stores. You will love the layout of this home. Perfect for multiple families. This property is 3500 sq ft and was remodeled in 2021.
You will enter this home from an upper deck complete with a bbq, fire accent table top, swing and two rockers. There is also a small lake view from this area.
Through the front door, you will be amazed at the open floor plan in front of you. A beautifully decorated living room, dining room and a fully remodeled dream kitchen. A stunning fireplace and seating area also grace this area. Off the kitchen is the large laundry room and down 7 stairs to the game room. Down the main hallway you will three large bedrooms and 3 baths. Towards the back of the house is the large family room complete with all the comforts you can dream of. The 4th kids room is off the living room.
Master has a king on on suite, 2nd room has another king, and a private deck. 3rd room has 2 queens and 4th room has a bunk bed and an extra swim. All bathrooms are large.
Maximum of 8 adults and 3 children. 4 cars. No street parking.

We would highly recommend this rental. The home is beautiful and should be featured in a magazine. The owner has provided all the amenities to make you feel welcome and comfortable during your stay. The location is perfect for enjoying the lake,village or skiing.
