Welcome to your home away from home in beautiful Big Bear Lake. Just five blocks from Snow Summit and a short drive to The Village, Big Bear Splash is a spacious, family-friendly mountain retreat built around its own private indoor heated pool, one of the very few in Big Bear.
Whether you're visiting for ski season, lake days, summer trails, or a family getaway, this home was designed for groups who want plenty of space to relax, play, and spend time together.

The home accommodates up to 16 guests maximum, including children. With five bedrooms and multiple gathering spaces, it works especially well for families, multi-generational trips, and groups traveling together.

Swim year-round, no matter the weather. The private indoor pool means you can enjoy a swim while snow falls outside, cool off after a summer day on the lake, or give the kids something to look forward to every evening.
Pool heat is optional at $85 per day, must be requested at least 48 hours in advance, and is heated to a maximum of 80-82°F.

There is plenty to do without ever leaving the property. The game room features a pool table, ping pong, foosball, five-hole putting green, and TV lounge area.
Outside, enjoy the hot tub under the pines, basketball and pickleball court, custom playset, BBQ, spacious deck, and large fenced half-acre yard with room for kids and furry friends to run and play.

The cabin sits on a fenced half-acre lot with generous on-site parking. The property can accommodate up to 5 cars, with additional space for an RV or boat where permitted.

Big Bear Splash is located in a prime Big Bear Lake neighborhood, offering both space and convenience. The home sits on a half-acre lot with restaurants, shops, and local conveniences nearby.
The Towne Trail runs nearby, winding through the woods with lake and north shore views. Please check current trail conditions and closures before setting out. It’s the perfect location for guests who want a peaceful mountain retreat close to skiing, dining, shopping, trails, and Big Bear fun.
Getting Around:
Snow Summit is just 0.4–0.5 miles from the home, making it easy to walk to the slopes. Bear Mountain is about an 8–10 minute drive away. Grocery stores, CVS, shopping, and several restaurants are less than a mile away, including Vons and Stater Bros. Big Bear Lake Village, with additional restaurants, shops, and entertainment, is about a 4-minute drive away.

Smoking of any kind is strictly not allowed inside the home. Please use designated outdoor areas if needed and dispose of waste responsibly.
🪪 ID Verification Required
All guests must provide a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in. Access to the property will not be granted without ID verification.
📋 Good Neighbor Policy – Required by the City
Guests are required to review and sign the City of Big Bear Lake’s Good Neighbor Policy before arrival. This is a city-mandated rule for all short-term rental stays. We'll send the document after booking. It must be completed and submitted to receive check-in instructions.
Failure to follow these rules may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund, in accordance with local regulations and our house policies.

Big Bear Lake has a Good Neighbor Policy in place for all short-term rental guests. This includes quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM, no outdoor amplified music, maximum occupancy and parking limits, and respectful behavior toward neighbors and the community.
All guests are required to review and sign the Good Neighbor Policy agreement before check-in. We will send the form after booking, and it must be completed before your arrival.
🔹 Strict Occupancy Limit
This home sleeps a maximum of 16 guests, including children and infants. No exceptions can be made due to city regulations.
🔹 Parking Limitations
The driveway can accommodate up to 5 vehicles, including RV or boat parking. No street parking is permitted.
