It is comfortable for a family of 4. Very well located, nearby shops, restaurants and sightseeing.
The sound isolation is not so good. You hear the people on the stairs or the neighbours chatting at coffee. It is not so much bothering as in the night the area is quiet.

Apartamento con ubicación excelente, en el centro histórico, muy cerca de una de las calles mas emblemáticas de Porto, Santa Catarina. Cerca de supermercados, bares, restaurantes... En el apartamento pueden alojarse 4 personas sin problema, cama y sofá cama muy cómodo. Ana, anfitriona excelente 👌, siempre disponible para cualquier tema. Totalmente recomendable.

Fantastic location, we walked everywhere and the Bolhao market is one block over; host was very friendly and accommodating, waited for us to do check in;, parking is free overnight and there is a garage close
As other reviews mentioned, there is a club that is very noisy until 1 am, not great for families. The building has commercial businesses on first floor, door is often left open; not as nice as pictures indicated. The block/neighborhood is not residential but iis very central
