Welcome to my home!
Tastefully decorated, this lovely 50m2 apartment is close to various top attractions, stores, and supermarkets. There are also plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options.
It is located on the 1st floor, accessible by elevator.
The living room features a comfortable sofa bed where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favorite shows and a dining table. The area has a warm ambiance and a lot of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry.
The bedroom has a queen bed and a wardrobe. It also comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.
The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
A gym is also available if you want to do some exercise.

The apartment is located in a commercial center. The ground floor of the condominium has a supermarket, stores, cafés and services that can be accessed from the condominium's central square. The iconic Bolhão Market is just across the street and Avenida dos Aliados is a 3-minute walk away.

A highlight is the Ribeira district, a UNESCO World Heritage site with its narrow streets, colorful buildings, and lively atmosphere along the Douro River. Just a short walk away is the iconic Dom Luís I Bridge, offering stunning views of the city and the river. Across the bridge, in Vila Nova de Gaia, visitors can tour the famous Port wine cellars, sampling the region’s renowned wines.
For art lovers, the Serralves Museum offers contemporary art exhibits and beautiful gardens, while history enthusiasts will enjoy the Palácio da Bolsa and its richly decorated rooms.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.

: Seriously, this place is the best I've ever stayed in. I was worried about the lack of reviews, but it was perfect in every way.
1. the location is the best. We walked to all the main attractions and there is a big supermarket just down the street.
2. The apartment is very clean, spacious and fully equipped. From washing machine with drying to oven, microwave all cookware and nespresso machine, spacious fridge and big bed. Everything was perfect and clean. It's very new. The place is actually a hundred times better than the pictures in the listing, and I think it's a little bit hard to open the door, but if you're a European tourist like me, it's easy, and if you're Korean, you can watch it on YouTube.
3. The host is very friendly. I arrived late at night because my flight was delayed, so I arrived about 45 minutes later than the scheduled time and he was waiting for me outside. I was so sorry, but he welcomed me with a smile and explained everything well. I would recommend this place to anyone going to Porto.
