We loved staying here. The views are spectacular especially the sunsets! The condo is perfect for a family beach week. The kitchen and beach locked are well stocked. We highly recommend staying here.

This condo was the nicest one I've stayed in... And I've stayed in some nice ones. The host, Jenny, was so responsive any time I contacted. She was great to work with.The whole condo was spotless. The beach view was wonderful and the laundry was excellent.I would definitely stay here again.

Best location on Marco. Gracious host and ALL you need to relax and enjoy is included. Highly recommend 1601 after many stays on Marco.

Our stay was perfect from start to finish. The unit has breathtaking views of the Gulf and a bonus is its corner unit so it’s gives you more of a panoramic view. We woke up to dolphins swimming by and saw the best sunsets we’ve ever seen at night. Our photos look fake and don’t do it justice. The actual unit has such thoughtful and tasteful accents that make it a cross between luxury living and a homey/relaxed beach feel. Every detail was thought of: the tiles in the bathrooms, the gold accents, the beautiful cabinets, gourmet appliances, and even little things like hand soap, paper products, laundry detergent, spices, ect. The beds were very comfortable and the beach gear made it such an easy vacation. We only had to get the groceries! Ginny was so easy to communicate with and gave us great recommendations for activities. Captain Ron’s jet skiing to see dolphins (now called Wow-adventures) and Everglades City airboat tours. She was also incredibly helpful when we needed to get our 8 year old to an urgent care asap. We highly recommend and will definitely be back!
