About this apartment rental
Essex is the ideal location on the south end of Marco Island. Located on the 3rd floor this lovely 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is close to beach access, and not far from restaurants, shopping, movie theater and mini golf. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and the guest bedroom has a set of twins. Condo has cable and free wi-fi. The kitchen is fully stocked. The Essex itself has tennis courts, and heated pool. For the beach lovers there are beach chairs, sun umbrellas, beach towels and a cooler to take to the beach.

Best place to stay on Marco Island, hands down. I’ve been visiting Marco annually since 2017 and have stayed at a number of accommodations and this one sets the standard. It has EVERYTHING you need and is conveniently located.

Second time in this condo and it was just as nice as the first! The location is convenient (walkable) to restaurants, beach, etc. Look forward to another stay in the future!
