are truly “steps from the beach”! This condo offers a queen-sized bed with a dresser, a large closet, and a queen-size sleeper sofa. The fully equipped kitchen has
everything you need to help you prepare your meals. The 27” TV is equipped with A Vcr/Dvd player is needed to enjoy movie nights. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or
after-dinner drink on the screened lanai overlooking the pool with the Gulf of Mexico in the background (if you’re lucky, you may even see one of Marco’s gorgeous sunsets)! Beach chairs, towels, and equipment are supplied for your convenience whether you decide to go to the beach or pool. Grills, laundry facilities, and a covered designated parking spot are also provided.

The condo was very clean, and had a beautiful view from the lovely screened porch! It was a 5 minute walk to the beach , where we witnessed my nephew's wedding. We loved the location of our condo! We do wish there had been a list of amenities, such as pool location, laundry facilities, etc. I enjoyed being able to use the pool.

The condo was adequate. Musty smell when we 1st arrived. Beach supplies (chairs) were rusty and moldy, (towels) thin and worn. Pool area nice, parking excellent, beach was close, view was great. Misread check-in instructions keys need to be picked up at another location. Coin laundry only excepts quarters (2.25/wash load, 2/dryer). Internet was inconsistent and slow. Phone service, I had t-mobile and had no service. Lacking electrical outlets. Condo was small, clean, but the musty smell was a turn off. Balcony was nice with a great view, but furniture was rusty. Balcony fan very rusty afraid to use. Bedroom could use a fan (ceiling or pedestal).
