Super clean, tasteful furniture, has everything you need. Great location…. Takes 6 minutes (driving) to get to the gondola or you can hike .8 miles to Peak 8 base. Host was super helpful and communicative. We stayed for an extended period over the summer and really enjoyed it!

The house itself was alright but the hot tub was closed to us the entire time which was a main part of our decision to book (did receive a small refund for this), and there was no soap/shampoo etc. and not as many towels and toilet paper roles as we would have liked. Location was very convenient to get to Breck.

Great Cabin!

This house is very clean and family friendly. Our kids loved exploring in the yard and playing in the hot tub. It is a central location for many things we wanted to see and visit while we were in Colorado with the nice town of Breckenridge only 3 miles away! The host were very responsive to messages with any questions we had. Great cabin and place to stay!!

What an Excellent decision we made to go to Breckenridge this year for our family vacation! We enjoyed the location of the house. It is comfortable and inviting with a wrap-around porch to enjoy the scenery. We would’ve loved to have used the fire pit, but we avoided it due to the burn ban in effect. The size of the house is good, the decor is nice, and the kitchen is well appointed. We like to cook and we had everything we needed, which is a rare find. There are only two issues that I can think of with this place at all and it won’t take much to get this place up to a 5 star rating in my opinion. First, the property is advertised as air-conditioned. The temperatures were going to be in the 80-90’s and I used that as filtering criteria when searching. There was some sort of unit upstairs, but I’m not sure what it was? There were thermostats, but no vents in the floor or ceiling, so we were a bit confused? We are from Texas and we understand that construction is much different in this part of the country. I now realize that most properties probably do not have AC in this area, but it should not be advertised as such. The house did get a bit stuffy in the hot part of the afternoons. The ceiling fans did help and also opening the windows in the evening, once it cooled off, was a good respite. My only thought is that perhaps some written instructions explaining how to cool off the house when/if does get warm might be included for visitors..? Secondly, there is not a plan for trash. We were taken back to find no outdoor receptacles or instructions for trash removal. When I got in touch with the owner to ask, we were told to place our trash in the laundry room just off the kitchen. This room must be an addition to the house bc it does not appear to be insulated. It was HOT when the rest of the house was just stuffy, so we made sure to keep the door closed. If we weren’t cooking, it wouldn’t have been a problem. However, the trash combined with the heat would have been a real problem had we been staying any longer. This is something that will need to be remedied quickly. In communicating with the owner, she seemed very open to solutions and I do believe she will get have it taken care of soon! We 💯 will be back to Breckenridge. We would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the area.
