This apartment has been renovated with a new kitchen, granite countertops, new floors, fresh paint and beautiful furniture. The kitchen is stocked with plates, utensils, glasses, pots, pans, microwave and Keurig. There are two ceiling fans and a flat screen TV. The bathroom has a deep tub for soaking. Free street parking for up to 2 vehicles. Entire apartment permit parking available on the street (we have a permit you can use during your stay) No parties or events permitted! I seen this place being almost last minute booking for a 2024 Iron Maiden tour. It was close to alot of bars and good food.Very nice to park and just walk eventful learning experience ofPittsburgh . The locals are down to earth and seems safe place. Of i come back i will.look this place up again and stay there for sure .

This was a perfect little one bedroom apartment for my wife and I to spend the weekend visiting our daughter at Pitt. The neighborhood was clean, safe and quiet, and the apartment was well kept and comfortable.
