Curat, in bloc modern, liniste.
Nu are legatura cu proprietatea in sine, ci cu lipsa de educatie a rezidentilor, fiind plin de rahat de caine neadunat pe trotuare la fiecare pas. Probabil niste cosuri de gunoi ar ajuta.

Locatie ok, indicatii si detalii de acces f bune. Apartamentul este foarte bine dotat cu tot ce ai nevoie in bucatarie, baie, dormitor. Lenjeriile f curate, prosoape curate, vesela in bucatarie multa si cafea foarte buna. Locatia e usor accesibila, cu magazine aproape.
Paturile nu sunt confortabile pentru dormit. Salteaua din dormitor e atata de moale incat ai impresia ca ajungi jos cand incerci sa te intinzi. Canapeaua din living, nu e pentru dormit e destul de uzata sau de proasta calitate pentru ca aluneci spre perete. Doua persoane nu ar avea cum sa doarma pe ea. Maxim o persoana mai putin pretentioasa. Un alt aspect pe care l-am observat, farfuriile de la bucatarie erau lipicioase nu pareau a fi curate. Am fost multumitori ca am avut cu ce sa le improspatam si ne-am descurcat

Spațios, curat, am găsit de toate. Chiar și apă la frigider. Patul este foarte comod și moale.
