Tout était parfait question confort, cet appartement /duplex est tout simplement magnifique avec ses deux grandes terrasses L'endroit est très calme, assez proche du centre. Se garer dans un parking privé à côté du bâtiment est un plus
Cela ne pourra pas être amélioré, mais 3 étages à pied avec les bagages quand on a plus de soixante ans, cela essouffle un petit peu ))) ( à noter que les escaliers sont très larges.) Mais c'est juste un détail car vraiment, c'est un appartement très vaste et magnifiquement équipé

Am avut o experiență excelentă la Penthouse Renașterii Amazonia. Apartamentul este extrem de spațios, amenajat cu foarte mult bun gust și dotat cu absolut tot ce ai nevoie. Terasele sunt superbe și oferă un loc perfect de relaxare, iar zona este una foarte liniștită. Curățenia a fost impecabilă, iar gazda a fost extrem de amabilă și receptivă la nevoile noastre. Recomand cu drag oricui caută un sejur premium în Timișoara!

Vrlo dobra lokacija, tiho i blizu akva parka Amazonia - 6-7 minuta laganog hoda. Pent-haus je na 3. spratu, veoma prostoran i čist. Dva velika kupatila, svako ima i kadu i tuš kabinu. Vrlo udobni kreveti. Besplatni parking je obezbeđen u okviru prostora oko zgrade gde se stan nalazi. Predusretljiv domaćin, dočekao nas je ispred zgrade i usmerio ka parkingu.
Pent-haus je na 3. spratu ali zgrada nema lift.
