Hotel Dębowy Biowellness & SPA Góry Sowie

Location was good Very quiet

I have paid for resident area room deluxe so called but I was put in room in a attic second floor with hardly any windows or views I was extremely disappointed but for my rest 4 days I was moved to different room which I should have been on a first place. It was very annoying. Food in a restaurant it was ok but nothing amazing or anything I had stayed in this hotel before and food in restaurant was delicious so that’s definitely going downhill.

I really liked the overall complex: its outstanding location and extension, the various points of interest (especially the outdoor ones, like the swings or the "treehouse" for children to play), the amazing atmosphere, the very nice staff (we traveled with a toddler, so the staff's availability in the restaurant, for instance, helped a lot to have a smooth experience), the quality of the restaurant and, last but not least, the EXCELLENT BREAKFAST buffet, with plenty of variety and local products. The room size, facilities, view, and cleanliness were simply excellent 👌 Also worth pointing out is the direct access to the mountain trail paths. I had the goal of doing a solo trail run during my stay and managed to achieve it both starting and finishing at the property, no "commuting" needed whatsoever! ♥️👌 I highly recommend it when aiming for such activities.

I only did not like the fact that the bathtub drainer was partially clogged, leading water to accumulate while taking a shower. It should be something checked (and fixed, if needed) by the cleaning staff between guest stays.

Honestly quite disappointed with the decor and facilities in general. everything felt a bit outdated. we also felt quite rushed both at dinner and at breakfast, probably because we were the o my guests. it was also quite hard to contact the hotel and to find someone who spoke English. perhaps the hotel functions slightly better when it isn’t the off-season
