Bardzo dobre i urozmaicone śniadanie, super strefa SPA, kameralnie i spokojnie

Sam pobyt w pięknym, zabytkowym pałacu to przygoda. Piękne korytarze i pomieszczenia, niektóre sale na prawdę imponujące. Same pokoje standardowe dość skromne, ale tak na prawdę jest to, co potrzeba. Jest też nastrojowo i klimatycznie czego próżno szukać w nowych hotelach. Część z siłownią, basenem i SPA jest niesamowita. Nie spodziewałem się że będzie tak piękny basen i tak czysty. Za pałacem mamy też niewielki park. Śniadania bardzo dobre, duży wybór aż czasem ciężko się było zdecydować. Dodatkowo jest restauracja hotelowa, która serwuje doskonałe potrawy (takich pysznych klusek śląskich to nigdzie nie jadłem) i lokalne piwo sowie. Obsługa hotelu jest przemiła i bardzo profesjonalna - wszystko w zgodzie z wysokimi standardami hotelarstwa właściwymi 4-gwiazdkowym obiektom.

Trudno się przyczepić do czegoś, może przydałoby się więcej udogodnień w pokojach, np. klimatyzacja w standardzie. Jakiekolwiek braki są sowicie rekompensowane przez ogólny klimat i piękno tego hotelu.

1. Long wait for staff at reception or the restaurant 2. Sockets issues, one by the bedside didn't work, others weren't screwed in tight enough and would move on use 3. No tv in rooms 4. Cracked peeling paint in bathroom and peeling wallpaper in hallways on the 2nd floor

Quite an original building architecture- has a potential of being nice, if it was better looked after. Decent breakfasts.

The building is not kept in a good condition - wallpapers peeling, carpets dated, not matching. It needs big renovation. Main comment- it is ridiculus that for a hotel that aspires as a luxurious property, you have to pay additional 30pln to rent a bathrobe!! I have never seen that elsewhere! Parking is also paid extra. Swimming pool area does not have a shower directly on premise (there is in sauna area which is 18+) or changing room. This is very inconvenient and unpleasant. People were changing from their swimming suits to their normal clothes just next to the pool - I guess they did not use the bathrobe promo for 30pln!
