Serendipity Lake Artistic Bungalow by Heidis Home

Beautiful and cozy home operated by an extremely charming hostess. Hospitable ,courteous and warmth all around. The hostess and her well maintained property in a serene locality with a view of Nuwara Eliya lake is a beautiful little place to stay. Entire place is painted, artistically decorated allover with warm decor , furnishings , walls ,right from the entrance to bedrooms and the dining area.Plenty of greenery around and splendid views,this property is a wonderful experience. Breakfast is great too.Hostess helps in guiding about tours and nearby places of interest.Also helps in forex if needed. Much appreciated ....a great and memorable place to stay in Nuwara Eliya.

The in room fire place is an excellent addition but smoke filling up the room may be avoided.

Breakfast was wonderful. Delicious home cooked food and generous servings with freshly home pressed juice. Heidi and her niece were so incredibly kind and helpful and made us feel very cared for and welcome. The most wonderful and attentive people we have stayed with in our trip

Heidi and her niece Kiara were so welcoming, kind and showed true hospitality. The home was so personal and comfortable. The shower was hot, the food prepared with love and delicious and when we left it felt like we were leaving family.

Nothing we didn’t like

Lovely villa with lovely host. They upgraded us to 2 rooms instead of triple room. Beautiful decoration, comfortable beds. You can ask advices from host for where to go, which restaurant to eat. Very convenient location.
