Location is perfect, homely feel-appartment, quiet innercity ‘backyard’ view, part of the Italian Genovese lifestyle, pretty small but cosy, stay for more days and you will enjoy it more and more
I would invest in a simple shower cabin instead of a curtain and another fan for the livingroom for the hotter days

Its a comfortable and tidy place at the centre of the city from where its easy to go anywhere in genova. We even extended our stay for a few more days. The owner is nice and friendly and speaks English so was a huge help for me and and my wife who were in genova for the very first time. Kudos!!

The location & price was perfect.
Very small, uncomfortable for one adult and child. The bathroom was tiny and shower was broken when we checked in. No signal in TV, it was not working even when they show me how to use it. Was very hard to open the windows and was roasting in apt, no Ac just one small fan. I would not recommend it. Valentina was very helpful. Also I found one insect on the floor
