About this house rental
Located a few minutes from the village of Sérignan du Comtat, in a very quiet area on a wine farm and in organic farming, our traditional Bastide and its facilities will be perfect to welcome your moments of reunion with family or friends.
With a total surface area of approximately 200 m², the house can accommodate up to 8 people and consists of:
A fully equipped kitchen
A beautiful cozy living-dining room space for a moment of relaxation,
4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms:
3 bedrooms with double beds (1 bedroom with direct external access)
1 bedroom with twin beds (room accessible via bathroom)
Let's not forget the exterior, consisting of a 550 m² courtyard and about 1,200 m² of unfenced garden, which will undoubtedly win your heart:
In the morning, enjoy your coffee on one of the terraces while the children enjoy the garden;
In the afternoon, relax by the incredible Roman pool transformed into a swimming pool, protected by a fence, 12.70m in diameter and 1m80 deep - open from mid-June to the end of September,
Or take a nap in a deckchair in the shade of the trees, with the cicadas as neighbours;
In the evening, share a good meal cooked on the barbecue on the second terrace...
You will also have at your disposal several parking spaces (closed by an electric gate) for a stay in complete serenity.

We very much enjoyed our stay, the house and location were petfect for a 10 day break.The welcome was friendly and professional, thanks Pauline, you made it easy for us.The pool is mad! Perfect on a warm day, we really enjoyed it.The location is great. An easy drive up from Nimes Airport, just under an hour away. Orange is less than 10 minutes south, handy for supermarkets, restaurants etc. Good access to several lovely local villages, Roman ruins and Avignon, all within an hour or less.We found an amazing restaurant not far away in Uchaux, probably the best dining experience I’ve ever had in over 50 years of fine dining.House was well equipped, good showers and comfortable beds.We have no problem recommending this place and will probably visit again one day.

Such a beautiful and peaceful place! Spacious ambience, historic house, incredible pool. We really enjoyed our stay.Check-in was very friendly and uncomplicated.

it is a lovely house
the pots and cutlery is old and needs a serious refresh - so also the stove, the kettle and also the cleanliness of the kitchen ( the stove really is finished ) the tap in the kitchen is broken , - we love older things and antiques ...but this is just cheap old low quality !Bathroom same story ...in need of a refresh - it has so much charm but TIRED
