On the edge of the Uchaux woods and near the center of this Provençal village (about 1 km), it is located in a quiet but not isolated area. At the foot of the Château du Castellas site, it serves as the starting point for numerous hiking and mountain biking trails.
In the 3,500 m² garden, you’ll find various areas: a 7.5-meter-diameter swimming pool with a large tiled deck, a poolside area with a cover and barbecue for lovely, convivial evenings, terraces and outdoor furniture for relaxing, and a large sunny area perfect for activities. As for the vegetation, all the region’s native varieties are present: numerous olive trees and oleanders, a wooded area with pines and oaks, and, along the property’s edges, grapevines and lavender.
The villa features a spacious living-dining-kitchen area. The living room features a large corner sofa, and the dining table seats 12 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a laundry room. Above this area, a mezzanine provides a relaxation corner (for reading, music, or games).

Uchaux is located at the crossroads of several departments, each offering a wealth of places to visit. In the Vaucluse: the fortress of Mornas, the Roman sites of Orange and Vaison, the Palais des Papes, and the Pont d’Avignon. In the Drôme: the castles of Grignan and Suze-la-Rousse. In the Gard: Gallo-Roman ruins, including Nîmes and the Pont du Gard. In the Ardèche, there are many famous caves to explore, such as the Aven d’Orgnac.
And for the more active, there are plenty of activities to choose from: a trip to Mont Ventoux, the Fontaine du Vaucluse, or the Luberon; kayaking down the Ardèche River; go-karting; a water park; a crocodile farm…
Finally, the region offers many restaurants, often with outdoor seating (four in the village of Uchaux itself). Not to mention that you’re on the wine route, with its vineyards and wineries, and that regional products await you at the many local markets.
