You are in the heart of the forest of pines and oaks, on a ground of 5 ha not overlooked.
It is an old family house of 130m2, which we fully restored in 2016.
You will find for your greatest comfort:
- 1 large living room all glass with access to the pool and views of the woods, fully equipped kitchen and lounge area, TV
- 1 storeroom with washing machine, freezer
- 1 "nature" room with 1 bed 140 and its private bathroom
- 1 "ocean" room with 1 bed 160,
- 1 "pop" room with 1 bunk bed in 90,
- 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and 2 basins
- 1 suite with 1 bed 160, bathroom, toilet and private terrace
- Wifi access
Outside, you will find:
-a swimming pool of 7.50x3.60m secured by a tarpaulin with deckchair (ideal to cool off and listen to the songs of cicadas ...)
