Hasco Tower Business Hotel Stay close to Palakkad junction railway station

Was a bit smaller than how it looked in the photos. Had some plumbing issues

Rooms are clean and tidy, but there are no chairs available at room. AC was in working condition but it took nearly 3 hous to get the required chilling. No restaurant at hotel premises, Occupant needs to go out to nearby restaurant to have snacks or tea or coffee. Hotel provided tea powder and coffee powder sachets but not milk powder. We requested for an hour extension on the day of check out, but not considered. Very strict on their policy. Only advantage is near to Palakkad Railway station. There is no room services. Hotel arrange complimentary breakfast from outside sources and food quality is not good.

Very stringent approach by hotel staff in reception. No cordial approach.

The staff approach was good. But nobody assisted to trace the room. We need to find the room. They only directed the floor

No milk powder given for making morning tea / coffee. No comb included in toiletries. The towels were very old as the colour of the same was off white. Not white..
