LAKE VIEW CHALET Australia Zoo close by

Everything was amazing, the location was gorgeous and took my breath away when I arrived. It was very peaceful being in such a lovely forest- I would live here if I could! Excellent value for money considering I had the whole house to myself with full kitchen, washing machine, bath with spa jets, balcony, plenty of places to sit outside, private lake, and outdoor place to have a fire. The house was spotlessly clean, bed was very comfortable too. Staff were friendly and helpful and messaged me to check in with me (unfortunately I couldn't reply due to lack of phone signal). They provided a lot of snacks and teas etc. left in the house as well. They even have a litte guide to wildlife you might see in the area which I loved. Was greeted in the morning by all sorts of birds including very friendly kookaburras and was visited by a lace monitor basking right by the house. Can't fault anything, if you are a nature lover this is the place for you!

Nothing. The only issue I had during my stay was that I had no phone signal or data at all so couldn't use the TV or get in contact with people, but I think that was a problem with my phone and also my fault for not checking the description properly to know there was no WiFi, just something to bear in mind if you have a similar phone issue. Lack of WiFi was actually quite nice to have a bit of a digital detox!

The seclusion and quiet. The stars at night. The ambience of birds and the absence of city noise. Loved the drive to the chalet from the main road.
