Lovely location, the chalet is nestled amongst the forest. Very spacious and private. Excellent value for money in such a high tourism location. Would absolutely not hesitate to book here again. Hosts are quick to respond to requests and leave lovely bits and bobs to make your stay more enjoyable.
Driveway is the only downfall, if you are in a bigger car it would be fine, our hire car was an old rattley MG3 and did struggle a bit up the hills.

Absolutely beautiful property! It’s our second stay. First was for our wedding at Green Tress Chalet and this time around it was for our 1 year wedding anniversary and we stayed at Lake View Chalet. Pam made us feel welcome and valued. The stress of city life melts off the minute the front wheels of the car hit the driveway. Wow. It was even better than we remembered. Clean and tidy. The spa was relaxing. Enjoyed kicking back around a fire and roasting some marshmallows too. Friendly wildlife. Kookaburras were funny. We love the folder full of animals you can see on the property and the photos which tell you what animals have officially been photographed on the property. We spotted a few! Loved being greeted by Zoe the resident pup. Close to lots of hikes which were lovely. We visited bird world and also did a day trip to Caloundra while we stayed. Priceless memories! We will be back!
