The chef of the group will have a great time cooking delicious meals and preparing snacks for the group in the well-equipped kitchen. Stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space will make meal prep a breeze. The private balcony is great for sipping a morning cup of coffee or relaxing after a day at the beach.

The beach is a short walk away - don't forget to walk down to Pompano Joe's for some coconut shrimp once you arrive! Enjoy shopping for designer goods at Silver Sands Premium Outlets, less than a mile from this condo. Henderson Beach State Park features clear waters with plenty of wildlife to observe (and fish to catch) just over six miles from the condo. Gator Beach, just under six miles from the condo, hosts free shows and family-friendly exhibitions featuring one of Florida's most famous animals - including a rare albino alligator!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
