Enter condo C301 at Beach House Condominiums to an open, airy beachy welcome! This property is located directly on the beach with no streets to cross. It is a beautiful two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo that sits on the 3rd floor and it is centrally located near the pool deck, gazebo, fitness room, and grill area. Stepping outside onto the covered balcony, you are met with a gorgeous view of the pool deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast! You can hear the waves crashing and almost feel the surf splash right from the balcony!
This condo can conveniently accommodate a party of 6. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed that comfortably sleeps 2 as well as a private, full bathroom attached to it. The guest bedroom has 2 full beds along with an attached full bathroom that is also accessible from the living room area. The living room is equipped with plenty of comfortable seating for lounging and relaxing throughout the day during your breaks from the beach. The total sleeping accommodation for this condo is 6 guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all major and small appliances including a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave & more. Cookware, utensils, and table service are all included, with a private washer and dryer located conveniently inside the condo.
All linens are included, but we suggest bringing beach towels if you prefer, and sunscreen!

We did enjoy our stay! We had beautiful weather and the condo met all our needs. View was stunning and the condo was updated and clean. We’d stay again for sure! Host was very accommodating also. Great location and experience!

The condo was very well equipped and comfortable. There was a nice welcome gift waiting for us upon arrival and we were even able to get in ahead of time. Beach service was excellent and Oscar usually had all the chairs ready to go by 7A. You cannot go wrong staying here, in fact my wife and I are getting ready to book for next year.

Beautiful condo, perfect weather other than strong winds which made for big waves. Love my beach time. Only issue with the condo was refrigerator ice maker was not dispensing ice - But no big deal for us. There was a countertop ice maker but we emptied the ice into a bowl in the freezer and opened the door to retrieve ice - if needed. Love the walk in shower unit in main bedroom and the new layout of the kitchen. Jan and Corey are terrific to work with and very responsive!!!!

I really enjoyed my stay at this condo. It was decorated nicely and the view of the beach was perfect. Only downside is I had to leave early and get back home because of a hurricane heading to my area back home. I appreciate Jan and her help if I had a question or problem. Thank you Jan.
