This updated beach condo has a fun and eclectic beach feel with a large private fifth-floor balcony that has a fabulous Gulf-front view and an outdoor dining area. This warm and family-friendly condo has a fully renovated kitchen with light honey cabinets, upgraded countertops, and everything needed to make meal preparation easy. The living room has casual comfortable furnishings, including a queen sofa bed. The main bedroom has cool tones and coastal decor with nice wicker furniture and a comfortable king bed, with a walk-in shower in the main bathroom. The guest bedroom has two double beds with a nice beach cottage feel, including a deep sunken tub in the guest bathroom. This unique beachfront retreat also has a TV in the living room, TVs and DVDs in each bedroom, and tiled floors throughout. Come and enjoy this fun beach getaway at the Beach House! You'll receive a beach set up as well as bike rentals onsite with stays from March 1st - October 31st. Additionally, guests will be granted access to a tennis court, fitness center, game room, and outdoor pool.

We had a wonderful time staying at this beach condo. The location is ideal and just steps from the beach with ocean views from the balcony. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying morning coffee outside was relaxing. The condo is well-furnished, and the beds were very comfortable although the fitted sheet did not fit the size of the king mattress. That said, there were several small things that impacted the overall experience. The bathroom sink didn’t drain when we arrived, though maintenance responded promptly and fixed it. Cleanliness could be improved: the shower curtain had a strong mildew smell, there was visible mold in the tile shower, and an unpleasant odor came from the under-counter kitchen cabinets. We also found wet towels left in the washer. The parking situation was another small frustration. Within 15 minutes of our arrival, security put a warning ticket on our car. We retrieved the parking pass from the condo and displayed it, but it felt unnecessarily strict. Upon departure, we had to return the pass to the room after checking out and packing the car, which added a final inconvenience. I did appreciate that we never struggled to find parking and it was very easy access. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay and appreciated the location and comfort of the condo. With a deeper clean, this place could easily be top-tier.

I loved the beach!

This was our third time staying at Beach House. The first time in this unit and the first time under Vacasa. The good- the location is perfect. Truly. Love the pool, the area, the beach chairs. Upon arriving our code did not work, no big deal. What was a big deal was the cleanliness. Or, lack thereof. Stains, walls dirty, base boards filthy, bathtub had hair in it, coffee table had dirt, sand, hair, there was an empty coke can under the bed, two of the lights were not working, the vents were full of dirt and dust, fridge was dirty. I took quite a few pics. In fact the first night, we purchased bathroom cleaner so I could clean the tub (we would not use until scrubbed), and batteries as our controller was not working. Oh, and the toilet was pretty foul. Which my mother cleaned. Vacasa did reach out that night for a cleaning rating and did respond very quickly when I told them about the unit and sent pics. They did reimburse for products purchased and offered to have a company come clean, or to refund the cleaning fee, we opted for latter as we were already in the unit and I had already been cleaning. I am not a complainer, but when you work all the time and save for vacation and spend over ten hours in a car with two children the last thing you want to do when you arrive at your paradise location is to have to clean. We paid a lot of money. It just starts your trip off on the wrong foot. The buildings need some updating, and that's fine. I can deal with old, not dirty. Would I stay at Beach House again? Absolutely. But, I would look at a different unit, or company first.
