About this house rental
A very pleasant and bright 150m² villa that charms with its light-filled, spacious rooms—perfect for vacations with family or friends, and ideally located for golfers.
Our property is located in a very quiet, leafy residential neighborhood, on a cul-de-sac, on a 1,000-square-meter lot with a secure, heated 7-meter by 3.5-meter pool. Large covered terrace equipped with a plancha grill and lounge chairs for relaxing by the pool. Petanque court.
Small playground for children nearby.
Electric shutters (centralized opening), secure parking for 3–4 cars and bicycles.
Close to the shops in downtown Seignosse Bourg, the Black and White Ponds, the Seignosse Golf Course (5-minute drive), and the Hossegor Golf Course (10 minutes), as well as the beaches (Penon, Bourdaines, Estagnots, and Caserne—all 10 minutes away).

• 1 bedroom with a 180×200 bed (or 2 beds measuring 90×200), large closet, and en suite bathroom: walk-in shower and separate toilet
• 1 bedroom with a 160×200 bed and large closets + 1 bedroom with a 160×200 bed and twin beds
