The residence sleeps up to 6 guests (sofa is not a sleeper), and if you're traveling with a larger group, you can rent Penthouse 302 next door (2 bed/2 bath) to accommodate up to 10–12 guests total. Our family of 5 had a great time. There was plenty of space to spread out. My kids said that this was their favorite stay so far. We cooked twice and had everything we needed to do so. We easily walked to restaurants for dinner. The pool and beach were great and never crowded. It was nice to not have to wake up super early to save a chair like we have had to do at nearby resorts. We would definitely stay here again

Best Sunset View on Grace Bay! 10/10 recommend! Perfect location, clean, large condo with all the amenities. Our condo ambassador was wonderful and provided fantastic recommendations! The blue water is indescribable and world class snorkeling right off the beach! We watched a beach wedding one night and engagement another night right from our balcony! We will be back!

We just left the island today and can’t say enough good things about this property and the location. We walked everywhere (only needed a taxi once to get to the golf course). There is SO much right around the Villa Renaissance that made it super easy. We had our driver stop at the grocery store on the way to the condo, and only had to go back a couple of times for extra stuff, so it was easy enough to walk. Tons of restaurants nearby and would HIGHLY recommend the new Salina nearby, was our best meal of the trip. We also did a full day cruise and used Grace Bay Adventures…our captain and crew were fantastic and made sure our family enjoyed every minute out on the water. Otherwise, the pool/beach bar was perfect for a drink, and especially good for Mudslides/Daquiri’s. Finally, the beach seating was easy and it’s a very quiet stretch of beach to enjoy. We spent most of our days in the water just enjoying the best part of T&C Islands. Will definitely be back in the future.

A group of six ladies enjoyed a week full of walking the beautiful beach, bobbing around in the sea (with cocktails in hand!), exploring the island, playing pickleball and Mahjong during our stay at the lovely condo at Villa Renaissance. Cady was very attentive and responsive She made check-in a breeze and helped with a sunset cruise reservation. The condo is spacious, clean, and had spectacular views of Grace Bay. We had a wonderful time and I highly recommend!
