Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
If for some unforeseen reason you are unable to make it, we can reschedule your trip for a later date (exclusive of major holidays); up to a year from date of booking. So you won't lose any of your money.

We stayed in the Penthouse unit of this property from 2/2/2019 until 2/9/2019. The unit was lovely, clean and comfortable. The property was amazing with it's own private beach area and Gazebo. Any issues we had, were addressed in a timely fashion by Karen and her crew. The unit was clean, and well stocked with items for cooking. The property was a short walk to restaurants, and shopping and did not require a car, although we had one. Thank you to Fio and Karen for a wonderful vacation, we will be returning. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was due to the lack of an inside dinning area, and small, entertaining area. This wasn't a big issue for us, as we were in Grace Bay to be outside.
