Venetian 101 on Grace Bay is the perfect getaway. You won't be in a hotel with many guests but rather in your own home on the least crowded spot on Grace Bay Beach. Located on the first floor, the view from our screened-in porch is amazing, and you are just steps away from the Venetian boardwalk that leads directly onto Grace Bay Beach. Three bedrooms, three and a half baths, 2500 square feet -- the master bedroom overlooks the beach and has a nicely sized, well-appointed master bathroom; the other two bedrooms, both queen beds are located in the back of the condo and each of these bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom as well -- perfect for families or couples! There is a half bath located off the main hallway as well. The kitchen is modern, fully equipped with state of the art stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, travertine marble floors; opens up to our dining room which opens up to a living room. You will also have state of the art video equipment, televisions, iPod docking stations for your use. There is a laundry room located off the kitchen. The screened-in porch beckons you in the morning drinking coffee, watching the activity on Grace Bay Beach and in the evening watching the breathtaking sunset. With beautiful furnishings throughout the condo, you will be spoiled!

If you only need to rent our 2500 square foot condo as a one or two-bedroom rental, we can 'lock off' the bedroom/ensuite bathrooms of your choice, and receive a reduced rate. You still have a very spacious 2500 square foot condo (minus a bedroom or two)!

Otherwise, she also has a spa room located at the front of the building. Exclusively to this condo, you will have access to two paddleboards and one kayak for you during your stay. We simply ask that you take good care of them and put them back in their spot after use.
