Romantic vacation home surrounded by greenery - 201VIL

We spent a lovely week here in this tiny house which is perfect for two or even four people.It is well equipped, apart from not having an electric kettle. We went out and bought one.However, you can just boil up water in a saucepan!The kitchen is adequate although there is nowhere to store any food you buy, except for the refrigerator.There are instructions in a file but these are all in German which is understandable as the owner is German but it would be helpful to have them copied in either French or English especially if the property is being advertised in the UK.The bedroom has hanging space for clothes and a good shower in the bathroom with plenty of hot water. The double bed is extremely comfortable and has a memory foam mattress.Outside there is a lovely area to sit and take meals and sun beds are available on the decking by the lovely, well maintained pool.If the weather is inclement, there is nowhere really comfortable to sit inside the property but hopefully the sun will shine all the time and you won’t need to!We really enjoyed our week in this little house that is set back off the road and looks out over a vineyard and the hills beyond.We would have given it five stars if it hadn’t been for the constant traffic noise which made our stay not quite as peaceful as we were hoping for.
