Stay in the heart of the Luberon in an authentic Provencal house nestled among olive trees, just a 5-minute walk from the village of Saint-Saturnin-lès-Apt.
The house offers a privileged environment to fully enjoy Provence with family or friends. Its vast wooded garden, its terrace, its arbour and its semi-open veranda invite you to live to the rhythm of the South: have breakfast outside, have lunch in the shade, read under the olive trees or simply enjoy the calm of the place.
Spread over two levels, the house has a large living room with a living room, office area and dining area around a large table, perfect for sharing meals and holiday evenings.
The independent kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher and a dining area.
The house can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people and has three bedrooms:
* two bedrooms upstairs, each equipped with a 140 × 200 cm double bed;
* a bedroom on the first floor with a double bed of 120 × 200 cm and a single bed of 80 × 200 cm.
Two bathrooms are at your disposal: one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. The house also has two toilets, one of which is independent, as well as a washing machine.
Outside, everyone can find their own space: have lunch under the arbour, have an aperitif on the terrace, enjoy the veranda overlooking the garden or sit in the shade of the olive trees. The large plot allows you to take full advantage of the outdoors and the Provençal way of life.
The property is located a few minutes walk from the centre of Saint-Saturnin-lès-Apt, which makes it easy to reach the village without taking the car.
You are also ideally located to discover the Luberon and its emblematic villages, its Provençal markets, its scrubland landscapes and its many hiking trails.
In summer, the municipal swimming pool of Saint-Saturnin-lès-Apt can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot. It has several pools and benefits from a beautiful setting with a view of the Luberon.
The house naturally retains a certain freshness thanks to its thick walls typical of Provençal buildings. Mosquito nets also allow you to open the windows wide and enjoy the summer evenings.
