Renovated hamlet house midway between St Saturnin and Villars, on the GR9 trail

Detached house with terrace and private garden (the path in the photo is also private) in a hamlet in the heart of the countryside with a beautiful view of the village of St Saturnin lès Apt. Located on the edge of a vineyard/orchard. The house comprises:
- on the first floor, a living/dining room with an open-plan fitted kitchen, a large double bedroom with a 140x190 bed, a shower room with WC, an office/relaxation area and a laundry room with washing machine, additional sink and storage
- On the first floor, there are two bedrooms: 1) one double bed (140x190cm) and 2) two single beds (90x190cm); a separate toilet and a shower room.
We provide you with: books, comics, board games, a guitar, bicycles... in the garden, deckchairs and a hammock for relaxing in the shade of the trees.
Bed linens also available upon request
End-of-stay cleaning fee: 50 euros
We have chosen not to install a swimming pool but in the village of Saint Saturnin les Apt (1km), there is a large outdoor municipal swimming pool with 2 pools at very attractive prices, shaded areas and a snack bar/light meals open from June 15th to August 31st: we provide guests with a free membership card to access it (swimming lessons for children are available on site).
The village also has all amenities (bakery, butcher, tobacconist/newsagent, pharmacy, restaurants...)
Golf in Villars (1 km), lake in Apt with leisure centre (5 km), treetop adventure course at Colorado Provencal (Rustrel 10 km)...
