You'll enjoy 2 terraces and a carport for 2 cars + parking for 1 car. By car, this non-smoking house is 5 minutes from the old Bruoux ocres mines, 10 minutes from Apt (capital of candied fruit), 10 minutes from the village of Roussillon and its Ocre Trail, 20 minutes from Gordes (one of the most beautiful villages in the world), 1 hour from the Palais des Papes in Avignon and 1h15 from Marseille airport.
On the first floor, a 60 m 2 main room welcomes you with a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, vitro hob, dishwasher, washing machine, Tassimo coffee machine) opening onto a living room with 1 separate toilet and laundry room.
Upstairs, you'll find 1 separate toilet, 1 shower room and 3 bedrooms, each with a 2-person bed, including 1 with its own bathroom with toilet.
