Amazing place on the country and mountain side. Beautiful view, lots of birds of prey in the sky and a very nice swimming pool. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We had a great stay where our dog became friends with the two dogs who live in the other side of the house. We loved our stay!Note: Please beware that there is not a power charger for electric cars because the area is rural, but there are chargers in Tain L’Heremitage.

We came from the east cost of America to visit the Rhône valley wine area. The cottage was perfect stay for our trip. The road in and out of town is quite rural and driving should done with caution.

Merci merci à Marlène et Brice pour leur accueil, leur hospitalité, leur gentillesse. Nous avons passé un long weekend parfait en pleine nature dans un gîte superbe avec salle de sport, jeux pour les enfants dans un cadre bucolique. Un vrai dépaysement! Nous conseillons cet endroit à 300%!

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans le gîte de Marlène et Brice! Nous étions 8, nous avons apprécié l'espace disponible et l'équipement mis à notre disposition, que ce soit niveau vaisselle (disponible en grande quantité) ou électroménager (2 frigos, four, four micro-onde, machine à laver, lave vaisselle) nous avions tout ce qu'il fallait pour 2 familles, également 3 salles de douche et 3 WC!
Pour les jours où il fait moche, une salle de sport et de jeux est à disposition!
La literie est ultra-confort et parfaitement propre.
Un seul bémol concernant les toiles d'araignées un peu trop présentes au plafond à notre goût (mais rien de grave , ce n'est qu'une piste pour que ce soit encore mieux ;)).
Le cadre est sublime, vue panoramique depuis la piscine , chevaux, ânes et une chienne super attachante.
Pour finir un immense merci à Marlène et Brice pour leur gentillesse, leurs conseils et leurs dévouement pour que nous soyons au mieux!

Une magnifique propriété en pleine nature
Brice et Marlène ont acheté le domaine en 2020 et, après quelques rénovations et aménagements très respectueux de l’environnement et de l’histoire du bâtiment, ont rouvert le gite en juillet 2021.
Leurs yeux se mettent à pétiller dès qu’ils parlent de leur propriété, et cela se comprend aisément : l’endroit est effectivement magnifique ! Une vue superbe, un gigantesque jardin entouré de bois privés où vivent chevreuils, lapins, sangliers, … nous avons également été conquis dès notre arrivée.
La maison est une ancienne ferme, séparée en deux parties attenantes mais ayant chacune une entrée distincte : l’habitation principale et le gite. Cette relative proximité ne nous a pas posé de problèmes ; Brice et Marlène se sont montrés très discrets et les deux entrées se situent à des côtés opposés du bâtiment.
La piscine (partagée) est chauffée et désinfectée au sel, un procédé écologique (et qui évite les allergies au chlore!).
La salle de gymnastique se trouve dans une grange, à quelques pas de la maison.
Le gite est propre, confortable, aménagé avec beaucoup de gout et tout y est fonctionnel. Il est composé d’une grande pièce salon-salle à manger-cuisine et de trois chambres, dont deux possèdent une salle de bains attenante. La troisième chambre contient une douche et un évier. Il n’y a pas grand-chose à redire sur les installations - tant tout a été réfléchi avec soin - mis à part peut-être l’étroitesse de l’un ou l’autre lit matrimonial.
La région est magnifique, et même si le gite semble perdu en pleine nature, il ne faut compter qu’un gros quart d’heure pour rejoindre, en voiture, le (petit) commerce le plus proche. La (très jolie) ville de Tournon est à environ une demi-heure de route et, contrairement à ce que nous avions craint lors de notre réservation, il y a pas mal de choses à visiter/faire dans la région.
Enfin, en cas de question ou de souci, Brice et Marlène ne sont jamais loin ; n’hésitez pas à les contacter, ils trouveront très certainement une réponse/solution.
Bref, nous recommandons chaleureusement cette adresse aux amoureux du calme et de la nature, sauf en cas d’incompatibilité avec les chiens : Roxy, la chienne des propriétaires (très calme et gentille), est en effet particulièrement sociable et cherche fréquemment la compagnie des locataires !

Un endroit magnifique au cœur de la campagne et des fermes agricoles ardéchoise si vous aimez le calme la nature et les animaux cet endroit est fait pour vous ! Marlène et Brice sont très accueillants et attentionnés . Le gîte est vraiment très agréable avec de beaux volumes et permet d’avoir chacun son espace puisqu’il dispose de salles de bains et de wc privatifs pour chacune des chambres. Dans le gîte tout à été pensé pour que vous ne manquiez de rien, comme à la maison. Des équipements de cuisine (appareil mini crêpe , grille pain, soda stream etc… aux jeux de société ( uno, times up, cranium, mille borne etc… ) , aux serviettes de toilettes , de sport et de piscine fournis . La piscine d’ailleurs est magnifique avec une superbe vue sur les collines en contrebas. Le gite dispose également d’une salle de remise en forme avec une petite dizaine de machines dont un tapis de courses et un elliptique et au même endroit d’une table de Ping Pong d’un Baby-foot d’un jeu de fléchette et d’un coin enfants bien pratique si on veut faire son sport ou jouer et pouvoir garder un œil sur eux. Prêt de la piscine Vos bambins peuvent également profiter d’un trampoline d’une balançoire et d’un toboggan mis à disposition un véritable petit coin de paradis pour eux ! En Bref Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons l’endroit !!!
