We had a wonderful week at this property. It met our expectations, and we especially liked the outdoor area around the pool. Nicolas was a great host. Communication was smooth and quick, and he was very helpful and easygoing. Check-in time was late on Saturday, but we were able to arrive early, drop off our things, and hang out outside. We would definitely come back!

In principle a nice house and excellently equipped but old. Good swimming pool, and kids toys. The biggest problem, no internet although promised. secondly, the kitchen, the stove looks and is very old fashion with far too hot cooking kernels. Impossible to simmer. Although a big kitchen very little working space Old frying pans, no simmer pans. Good refrierator, dishwasher and 3 types of espresso machines. More than enough glasses, plates. Very kind: 3 beertenders with free beer. however, far too few sockets. It was very hot and the owner was kind enough to bring a mobile aircon, unfortunately not installable due to the airpipe, which should go out of the window. The jacuzzi, which we did not want to use anyway, was not exactly clean. All in all, this could be a very nice place to stay, when a few improvements are made.

The house is locaties in a beautiful region,not so crowded as the Provence. It has all possible facilities, a large pool,BBQ, jacuzzi, movie theater,mtb,fridge with wine included, and a Sunset with view over the ardeche,.... Everything is included in the price. Mr Nicolas,the owner was very friendly, helped us with all our questions. Maybe one hint: new and uniform towels would match better with give a more qualitative impression,in Line with the house itself. Great memories to this house

Nous avons passé un long week-end incroyable dans la maison. Salle cinema, billard, baby-foot, karaoké, jacuzzi, ping pong, piscine, musique, pétanque, kart... tout est prévu. Nicolas et sa maman vous accueille à bras ouverts. On y reviendra

Nous avons passé quelques jours très agréables dans la maison de Nicolas. La maison et ses extérieurs sont magnifiques, il y a des jeux pour les enfants et des tricycles qui ont amusé toute la famille. Nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir dans cette maison.

Nous avons passé Noël dans la ferme, malgré le temps froid nous avons profité des alentours (tour de Crest, palais du Facteur Cheval, Zoo de Upie...) et en rentrant les enfants et les grands avaient de quoi s'occuper (baby-foot, fléchettes, DVD, VTT...). Belle maison spacieuse, au calme à la campagne. Les enfants tout comme les parents en ont bien profité. Nous avons passé un WE "farniente" absolument génial dans cette très belle propriété. Bravo pour le coin pool-house qui apporte un plus à cette maison que nous connaissions déjà. En plus les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et arrangeants! Que demander de plus ! Vous pouvez louer les yeux fermés :)

Très belle maison spacieuse, amenagee avec gout par ses proprietaires fort sympathiques; agréable à vivre "comme à la maison". Nous adorons les exterieurs où la famille et les amis se reunissent toute la journée, chacun à son rythme, grâce aux vastes espaces. Deux années de suite passées dans cette belle ferme entièrement rénovée, désormais equipée d'une très belle piscine, et d'un pool house à l'ambiance lounge. A recommander à toutes les vacanciers ou touristes amoureux de la Drome, et des batisses de charme.

Nous avons passé 5 jours dans cette maison et tout s'est bien passé. Très bon accueil, maison spacieuse, décorée avec gout, jardin agréable et calme (même si l'arrière de la maison était en travaux à cause de la future piscine, le jardin devant est fort sympathique avec ses 2 patios); elle est adaptée pour des enfants, très sécurisée et il y a pleins "d'accessoires" (1 chaise haute, 1 lit à barreaux, 1 baignoire bébé, 1 table à langer, 1 balançoire, des DVD-enfants et des petits jouets dispo sur place...); de quoi ravire petits et grands! Seul "hic", la cuisine est un peu petite proportionnellement au reste.
