About this house rental
Located a few steps from the medieval village of Caderousse, in a very quiet area, our house and its equipment will be perfect to welcome your moments of reunion with family or friends.
With a total surface area of approximately 700 m², the house can accommodate up to 28 people and consists of:
A fully equipped kitchen (3 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, 2 washing machines),
Two large cozy living-dining areas for a moment of relaxation,
An indoor leisure area including a jacuzzi, a sauna and two elliptical trainers,
A veranda with traditional charm for cooler days
You will also find:
6 bedrooms with queen-size double beds,
1 duplex bedroom (1 king size bed and 3 single beds upstairs)
1 dorm room (1 double bed and 3 single beds)
1 bedrooms with double bed 150,
1 bedroom with double bed 140
1 bedroom with 2 single beds,
That's 11 bedrooms in total and 9 bathrooms
Let's not forget the exterior, of about 4,000 m² treated with an organic mosquito repellent, which will undoubtedly win your heart:
In the morning, enjoy your coffee on one of the south-facing terraces while the children enjoy the garden;
In the afternoon, relax by the heated swimming pool from April to October, secure and 1m80 deep;
Or indulge in a siesta in a deckchair in the shade of plane trees, with cicadas as neighbours;
In the evening, share a good meal cooked on the plancha or rotisserie in the outdoor kitchen...
You will also have at your disposal outside a lounge area equipped with hammocks, a ping pong table, a petanque court and a table football; as well as several parking spaces for a stay in complete serenity.
