Completely renovated vacation rental in a quiet, well-maintained area, located in a gated community with a communal pool on the “Costa Adeje” in southern Tenerife.
There are 4 tennis courts, restaurants, and more in the immediate vicinity.
You also have access to a reserved parking space right outside the door.
The 60-square-meter vacation apartment features a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), which can also be converted into two single beds. and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine
open-concept living area, divided into a kitchen, dining area, and a cozy sofa/TV area with satellite TV and Wi-Fi.
Adjacent to this is a large covered balcony with a view of the greenery.
The price includes 2 small towels, a shower towel, and a pool towel per person

Nice clean modern apartment in quiet residential area. It's fairly far downhill to the front (i.e. beach) but not a problem for us. The balcony with two loungers, table and chairs gets morning sun. We stayed 10 days and were v comfortable.

Lovely quiet residential area, with private balcony a 20 min walk (uphill on return journey) from the beach. Nice pool which is not overcrowded predominantly used by local residents.

Nicely furnished, modern and immaculately clean. Excellent quiet position away from the clamour but still handily placed for the resorts, easy parking around the property. The manager is friendly and very accommodating.
Only small criticisms, a microwave would be useful and the satellite TV is unreliable, internet TV would be an improvement.
Overall, very happy.
