apartment of 93 m2 with terrace of 31 m2, with pool and ocean view in the complex Brisas del Mar, located in a quiet residential area in El Madroñal. The complex also has a children's pool.
Ideal for a relaxing holiday, the apartment is however located close to all kinds of activities.

Wir waren als Paar 62/61 in der Wohnung. Die Einrichtung ist komplett und neuwertig. Die Terrasse ist perfekt. Uns hat es super gefallen. Es ist Nachts sehr ruhig in der Anlage. Der Pool lädt zu einem erfrischendem Bad ein. Mit dem Aufzug kommt man perfekt aus der Tiefgarage in die Wohnung. Ein Auto muss sein. Fazit: Jederzeit gerne wieder

For us as a family of 4 it was a perfect place to be. The appartment is in a quiet and nice complex but still close enough to the beach, bars, supermarkets, etc. Everything we needed was there and Dominicus gave us very helpful recommendations in advance. We would definitely come again.

Wir waren als Paar hier und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein Mietwagen ist notwendig, aber dafür hat man seine Ruhe und eine wunderschöne große Terasse und Pool zum relaxen.
