Der Ballhaushof - a perfect apartment -

It was an absolute joy to stay at Der Ballhaushof! The apartments were just finished after renovation. Not only fully equipped but also very tastefully done. We rented for the Christmas holidays. The location in Prutz is ideal. We have not used our car for groceries. Everything is easily done by a short walk, from supermarkets to bakery to restaurants. Only for the ski slopes we drove up the mountains to Serfaus - Fiss - Ladis which takes about 20 minutes.

Tolle Lage, herzliche Gastgeber und eine großzügig ausgestattete Wohnung – perfekt zum Wohlfühlen

Die Lage ist perfekt - sehr schön mitten in Prutz gelegen mit einem netten Garten, wo die Kinder viele Möglichkeiten haben. Wunderbare Gastgeber, die sich viel Zeit für Fragen und Anliegen nehmen. Wir bekamen frisches Demeter-Gemüse und von Maximilian eine Spezialführung zu seiner Marktgärtnerei. Sehr spannend und einzigartig in dieser Form. Man spürt hier echte Wertschätzung und fühlt sich als Gast in jeder Sekunde sehr wohl und willkommen. Wir hatten die Ferienwohnung Kaunergrat Blick und waren überrascht von der Größe der Wohnung und der Ausstattung. Den großen Balkon haben wir v.a. abends genutzt und sehr geschätzt. Man kann hier mit Blick auf die Berge die Seele baumeln lassen. Kommen wir wieder mal in die Gegend, werden wir diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Geräumige Ferienwohnung. Willkommensgruss. Alles da was man braucht in den Skiferien. Sehr herzliche und persönliche Gastgeber direkt im Haus nebenan.

De afstand skigebied serfaus fiss ladis is ongeveer 20 min met de bus omhoog

Wij gingen een paar dagen skiën. Daar is dit een prachtig appartement voor. Ruimte genoeg. Erg viendelijke mensen.

De douches waren modern, maar het water was na 2 minuten koud. Nadat we dit aangaven, werd het snel verholpen.

Tolle Unterkunft für größere Gruppen

Die Wohnungen waren sehr gut ausgestattet. Sie waren außerdem so praktisch geschnitten, dass man mit einer größeren Gruppe von Leuten entspannt unterkam und trotzdem jedes Paar ein eigenes Bad und genug Privatsphäre hatte. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Max, der Betreiber, war sehr nett und hat uns viel erzählt über die Unterkunft und Umgebung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
